Lewisia tweedyi
Robinson. Also called Cistanthe tweedyi (A. Gray) Hershkovitz.
Here you see it in our rock garden. We grow it on a N-facing slope, under
a clear roof that protects it from our winter rain, but not from
freezing. It goes from strength to strength, burgeoning and seeding
around.
Robust, flowering-size plant, some soil shaken off.
